Ed Orr

By obtaining his real estate license before high school graduation, Ed Orr’s career destiny seemed set. Honestly his destiny may have been set before he was even born. Being the great-great grandson of a Colorado Homesteader, some might say Colorado Real Estate is in his blood. Ed’s grandfathers & father taught him the love of working the land and becoming a part of it, the rewards of studying, developing, and stewardship of land.  They instilled in him the value of an honest day’s work, the importance of his word and the sincerity of his handshake.

Ed has vast knowledge of the many levels and intricacies of rural property transactions and propelling property to its highest and best use. He is a fourth generation Colorado Rancher with over 45 years in the real estate industry which has given him unique expertise to handle everything from, production agriculture, water and mineral right transactions, 1031 exchanges, as well as neighborhood developments, and master planned community developments.


Ed enjoys working with development that integrates human goals with mindful land uses including habitat stewardship. As part of the Poudre River Ranch project he developed in West Greeley, Orr Land Company donated 100 acres with 2 miles of Cache La Poudre River frontage providing public access to the natural habit of the river corridor and access for the Poudre River Trail system.

Sarah Woodland

As a third generation broker, Sarah was raised in a “real estate family” in Weld County, Colorado.  She moved to California in 2001 to attend the University of San Diego before launching into her real estate career at Grubb & Ellis / BRE Commercial in 2005.  Throughout the years, Sarah has gained experience in varying aspects of real estate to include:

In her free time, Sarah loves spending time at the family ranch in Granby with her husband, Ryan and son, Weston.  She and Ryan, a custom home builder, also have a passion for “fixers” and enjoy the artistic challenge of bringing historic homes back to life.

Tammy Ellerman

Tammy Ellerman has been a real estate broker at Orr Land Company since 2002. A native of Colorado, she was raised on a ranch in the Colorado mountains and has been involved in agriculture her entire life. Tammy is a true blue western lady; 4-H, rodeo, farming and ranching are a way of life for this 40+ year resident of Weld County, Colorado.

When working with Orr Land clients Tammy never forgets there is a person at the end of every contract and treats each transaction with old fashioned honesty, integrity, utmost respect and care. She specializes in:

They share their love of rodeo with their children, Brit and Taya.  In addition to this authentic western lifestyle, Tammy and her husband have been buying acreages and turning them into horse properties for years. She also devotes her time and energy to the future of the agricultural business by serving as Founder and past President of the Colorado Junior Rodeo Association for seventeen years.

Jessica Lutz

Jessica was born and raised in Greeley, Colorado on a small family farm.  She and her husband, Ryan farm Alfalfa Hay in Weld County.  Her love for animals is evident when you visit their small family farm. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and children, Bailey, Britney and Bradley. Her family has a  passion for being outdoors in the fresh Colorado air, with all of them being avid hunters and fishermen.  Jessica's true passion is in the kitchen creating tasty treats to share with her family and friends.

Jessica has been the Office Manager with Orr Land Company since July 2016.
